The best decision I made this year was hiring Noel & Carlos for my mom’s 70th birthday party. They were so professional, punctual, and lovely. Communicated with us every step of the way. Every dish was prepared with skill and immense detail. To say we were satisfied would be an understatement. We can’t thank you both enough for making this day special and memorable. Not to mention sticking to the authenticity of our requested cuisine.

I am blown away by the service Chef Noel provides. To date, he has done two corporate dinner caterings for me. He was able to accommodate dietary restrictions with ease—I never knew smothered vegan tofu burritos could be good, let alone DELICIOUS! Our events have never received so many compliments. Chef Noel is easy to work with. He made my job so easy and my taste buds happy!! I will be using his catering services the next chance I get.

I hired Nonopreps for a 50-person event and couldn’t be happier. The food was Mediterranean-inspired, incredibly fresh, and full of flavor—our guests are still talking about it!
